Talking about your profession is easy. Talking about yourself – much harder. That’s probably why my second appearance on Žinių Radijas felt weaker than the first. Still, the message I wanted to share on the show Sėkmės receptai remains important:

️⃣ Becoming a specialist is simple. If you’re naturally talented – it comes easy. If not, just put in the 10,000 hours. Eventually, you’ll get there.
️⃣ Becoming a leader is a different journey. It’s not enough to be good at your job – you need to shift your mindset, challenge old beliefs, and sometimes even confront inner psychological blocks.
️⃣ These are like hidden icebergs. You don’t see them, but they’re real. To overcome them, you need not just commitment, but tools, knowledge, and the ability to apply them.
️⃣ Not everyone chooses to lead. That’s likely why we hear so much about toxic leadership. But true leadership is about authenticity – finding and owning your personal leadership style.
️⃣ My biggest advice? Stay true to your values – they’ve been the foundation of my company’s success. And have the courage to act. Start writing. Take the first job. Work internationally. Dare to grow.
️⃣ Success is transformation. Inner transformation. Once someone decides to change and believes they can – nothing can stop them.
